Rainbow Nut & Bolt, Inc. was founded in August 1978 in Santa Ana, California by Mr. Bill Robinson and Mr. Doug Schiefelbein. This partnership started out as a small operation in a 1,500 square foot building. In 1980, we moved to our current location at 1601 E. Warner Ave. with over 6,000 square feet of warehouse and office space.

Bill and Doug started this company with a vision to service their customers with a commitment to Honesty, Integrity, and Knowledge. They both had pride in the personal attention given to each customer. Many of our first customers are still with us today which is a true testament to our dedication to customer service. Bill Robinson passed away in 2002 and is dearly missed. His partner, Doug Schiefelbein kept the company going strong up to his retirement in 2006. The company is now headed by Jason Schiefelbein who leads the company with its original core values. Jason also brings an energetic and dynamic flair as the company continues it’s tradition into the next generation.
